We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Client Consulting Services to lead our healthcare claims ingestion and Case Management Software (CMS) [Legal Tech] integration initiatives. In this critical role, you will be a hands-on subject matter expert who will oversee a dedicated team of data analysts responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with healthcare client data ingestion and CMS integration into our proprietary internal processing system. You will play a key role in enhancing and scaling our data ingestion and data integration capabilities while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with healthcare regulations and client (patient)/attorney interactions.

This position reports to the SVP of Product Innovation. This is a remote role with occasional on-site visits to the Las Vegas, NV or Rosemont, IL offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts focused on claims ingestion and CMS integration implementations and support processes.
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting professional development and continuous improvement.
Establish clear performance metrics and drive accountability for team goals.

Data Ingestion Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies for efficient data ingestion of healthcare claims, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
Refine and implement the design and optimization of data ingestion workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Data Integration Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies for efficient data integration of client CMS systems, EHR (Electronic Healthcare Record) systems, and third-party services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
Refine and optimize data integration processes and implementations, ensuring data integrity, performance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Work with Product team to contemplate relevant AI strategies that enhance client interactions with our organization and provide next generation data insights and analytics.

Client Engagement:

Serve as presales technical consultant for the Revenue/Sales team, providing expert guidance on data ingestion and/or data integration specifications, processes, and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with clients to understand their data and operational requirements, address approach and implementation questions, and define project scope(s) of work.
Present technical concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner to support sales efforts.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Development, and Compliance, to ensure seamless integration and processing of ingested/integrated data.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on data ingestion and data integration performance, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.

Data Quality & Compliance:

Design and implement standardized data quality assurance processes and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of ingested claims data and data integration metrics., data volume and financial reconciliation, completeness of data records, account creation, identification, and resolution of data errors.
Ensure all data ingestion practices comply with HIPAA and other relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data ingestion/integration, data management, healthcare technology consulting, or related roles within the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on claims processing.
Healthcare and Legal Technology background is an essential requirement for this role.
Proven leadership experience managing teams of data analysts or similar roles.
Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, particularly in a pre-sales or technical consulting capacity.

Skills:

Strong understanding of healthcare data formats (e.g., 837, 835) and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Proficiency in data ingestion tools and technologies (e.g., ETL processes, data ingestion methods, monitoring, and reporting).
Proficiency in data integration tools and technologies (e.g., API integration/data exchange technologies, data mapping, testing and validation)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
